Hiya, I’m Brittney, the human behind the camera.

I’m based in North Alabama with my husband, our two busy teenagers, one very dramatic dog who fully counts as a child, and a tabby cat with suspicious orange cat energy.

I’ve been a little obsessed with photos for as long as I can remember ...disposable cameras, Polaroids, drugstore film drop-offs, and eventually my first real camera in middle school. What started as a childhood love for freezing little pieces of life turned into this business, and I’m still just as obsessed with the magic of a good photo.

Outside of photography, I’m a big music lover. Any genre, any mood, my Spotify is all over the place and honestly, that feels accurate. I love history, documentaries, a good podcast, random facts I’ll bring up later, weird art, weird home decor, thrifting, and getting a chai tea latte before wandering around looking at things I absolutely do not need.

I think I’ve always been drawn to things with a little character. People, places, old stuff, weird stuff, quiet moments, loud moments, the things that feel a little different or overlooked.

That’s how I photograph, too.

I want your photos to feel like you - honest, warm, relaxed, and full of life. I’ll give direction when you need it, hype you up when you’re feeling awkward, and leave room for the real moments to happen too.
